Nigerian socialite and actor, Yhemo Lee has reacted to stories that the Federal Authorities wants N869 billion to conduct census within the nation.
The minister of state for finances and nationwide planning, Clement Agba, made this recognized at an occasion in Abuja on Monday, March 6.
