Labour Party Chairman, Julius Abure, Escapes Assassination, Abuja Home Burnt Down (PHOTOS)
Barrister Julius Abure, National Chairman of the Labour Party, allegedly escaped an assassination attempt at his Abuja home early this morning.
This was revealed in a statement issued by Obiora Ifoh, the party’s National Publicity Secretary.
According to a family member who described the incident, the family was roused up by neighbors and security personnel residing on the property who sounded the alarm.

FMT BLOG gathered that the embattled National Chairman of the Labour Party, Julius Abure’s home, was destroyed by fire, which began just after 1 a.m. when he and his family slept.
The entire family became imprisoned as the flames reached the stairway, making it impossible for Abure and his family to escape.
However, it required divine intervention for the National Chairman and his family to escape after neighbours and security personnel bravely knocked down one of the upper windows, allowing for an escape.

Men from the Fire Service came soon after Abure and his family were evacuated.
Abure and his family were transported to a private hospital and are still undergoing treatment. Their condition, however, remains steady.

A short-statured Ghanaian woman has sparked online debate after making contentious remarks regarding her romantic relationship preferences.
During a recent interview with De God Son TV, the diminutive lady expressed her aversion to dating guys of shorter height despite her diminutive Ghanaian woman. She remarked that short men do not match her “specifications” for relationships.
When questioned about her explanation, she stated that she sees shorter men as resembling infants, even though they are adults.
“I have a 7-year-old son, so dating a short man feels like dating my son,” she explained, finding parallels between her personal and romantic lives.
