Newly-Wed Mum Cries For Help After Her Husband Allegedly Left Her In The Hospital Used The Money Meant For Her CS To Buy Phone And Dog In Lagos
A new mother has called for aid after her husband reportedly abandoned her at the Alimoshso General Hospital in Igando, Lagos State.

The newlywed claimed that she became pregnant shortly after their wedding. As her due date approached, she had extreme discomfort and shortness. She was transported to the hospital, where physicians informed her that she would have to be delivered via caesarean section (CS).
She said her spouse opposed and instructed physicians to dismiss her.
She said that when they arrived home, he bought a herbal mixture for her and instructed her to consume it to assist her in delivery naturally.

She claimed her discomfort worsened after drinking it, and she was brought to the hospital for surgery.
She screamed for aid on Facebook, and a generous Nigerian donated her N500,000.
According to the lady, she gave her husband money to pay for the operation. Still, when the time came for the procedure, he was nowhere to be seen.
She eventually provided the balance of the money to her sister-in-law to cover the cost of the procedure.
She said that after the procedure, her husband returned, and his sister confronted him and threatened to arrest him. She claimed that he then disclosed that he used the money she (the wife) provided him to pay for her operation, as well as to purchase a phone and puppy.
She stated that her spouse abandoned her when she was still in a vulnerable condition, with their newborn kid in the hospital.
The new mother reported that her legs are still swelling, indicating that she has not entirely recovered. She said she’d spent everything she had on surgery, diagnostics, and drugs.
