Group Of Children Under Age 15, Staged A Protest In Ilorin, Chants “Tinubu Thief” Over Hardship (Video)
A group of children, mostly under the age of 15 on Saturday, staged a protest in Ilorin, Kwara State against the government of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

The children are seen in a video circulating on social media, waving leaves and expressing their distress over the hardship the government of President Bola Tinubu has inflicted on the nation.
The children are heard saying: “Tinubu. Thief. This suffering is enough. We are tired and we cannot continue like this.”

In another video shared by SaharaReporters online, a group of children were demonstrating in front of the Emir of Ilorin’s residence. The protesters were also heard expressing their grievances about the policies of the APC government, which have led to hunger and hardship.
The previous week, SaharaReporters reported a commercial driver named Wahab Ajibaye, based in Ilorin, expressing his frustration with the escalating fuel prices. He expressed that it had left him unable to provide for his family.
Despite receiving a daily salary of N20,000, Ajibaye reported that he was only able to earn N3,000 from fuel expenses, resulting in his inability to provide for his wife and children.
He said: “I am buying fuel for N1100 and I make N20,000 (daily) but I take only N3,000with me to my house (after work). I am the owner of my car but I am no longer making enough to cater for my children and my wife.
“The All Progressives Congress (APC) government will not end well. Nigeria is becoming worse and we pray God takes away this set of current leaders.”
Ajibaye attributed the difficulties experienced by Nigerians to the ruling APC government, stating, “Their administration is exacerbating the situation.
Despite numerous Nigerians expressing their discontentment, they are not ashamed. They should reconsider their decision.”

Coming out as HIV positive was harder than coming out as gay — Gay activist Bisi Alimi
Bisi further added that an average man expects to follow a predefined path of growth, which includes teenage years through university level, to get a degree and a job.
He noted that he couldn’t follow the predefined path of growth, which was why he came out to declare his sexual orientation.
Bisi Alimi further said that his making his sexual orientation public doesn’t mean he did to throw a party, but rather to shun all expected people placed on him.
”I am not coming out to spite you; I have been gay since way back; I didn’t just become gay yesterday.”
