Despite his ongoing struggle with pancreatic cancer, King Charles’ funeral plans have already been unveiled.

Though he has only been the British king for 18 months, following his accession to the throne on May 6, 2023, plans have been made for King Charles III’s eventual demise.

When Queen Elizabeth II died, Operation London Bridge was started to ensure a seamless power transfer to her son, then-Prince Charles.

With Prince Charles’ disease worsening, royal insiders tell In Touch that Charles’ ultimate resting intentions are a top priority.

The project has been titled “Operation Menai Bridge” after the world’s first iron suspension bridge in Anglesey, Wales.

“It’s a fairly common thing to do among the British royalty, but in Charles’ case expediency is necessary,” according to the insider, who added that “some courtiers believe Charles’ cancer is worse than they’re making it out to be.”

“Operation Menai Bridge” is expected to follow conventional processes. Charles’ body will be transferred from Buckingham Palace’s throne room to Westminster Hall when the monarch dies.

He will lie in state before his official funeral, which will take place nine days later. He is likely to be interred in the royal crypt at Windsor Castle.

The news comes shortly after a different high-ranking royal insider told In Touch that Charles is not only battling pancreatic cancer – a relevant update given that he did not specify which type of cancer he was diagnosed with – but also has only two years to live.

“King Charles is much sicker than the palace lets on and simply isn’t up to the job of running his fractious family, the crown’s business interests, and fulfilling the daily duties of the monarchy,” a member of the royal inner circle claimed in early March.

“His cancer is eating him alive.” He’s so frail. “The situation is desperate.”

Even Queen Camilla is thought to be irritated by Charles’ deteriorating health and diminished standing.

“Behind the scenes, Camilla is disgusted by the king’s apparent weakness and is providing him with little comfort as he battles his fatal cancer,” a palace courtier told In Touch in early March.”

Buckingham Palace revealed in February that King Charles III had been diagnosed with cancer. The type of disease was not shown, but there were suggestions it was prostate cancer because the condition was discovered during a procedure to address the British monarch’s benign prostate enlargement.

However, a palace spokesperson confirmed that Charles does not have prostate cancer.

The high-ranking royal insider who spoke with In Touch has now alleged that Charles is battling pancreatic cancer and has been given a limited life expectancy.

Bisi further added that an average man expects to follow a predefined path of growth, which includes teenage years through university level, to get a degree and a job.

He noted that he couldn’t follow the predefined path of growth, which was why he came out to declare his sexual orientation.

Bisi Alimi further said that his making his sexual orientation public doesn’t mean he did to throw a party, but rather to shun all expected people placed on him.

”I am not coming out to spite you; I have been gay since way back; I didn’t just become gay yesterday.”
